Booking & Payment

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event
Cancellations & Changes

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a refund of any balance paid (deposit retained)

Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee
Hire Duration & Setup

Hire duration is up to 5 hours unless otherwise agreed

Setup and pack-down are included and do not reduce hire time

Clear and safe access must be provided at the agreed setup time
Safety & Supervision

Equipment is suitable for children aged 6 months to 5 years

Adult supervision is required at all times

Equipment must not be moved or misused during the hire
Outdoor Bookings & Weather

Outdoor setups are weather dependent

If conditions are unsafe, we may relocate indoors or cancel the setup for safety reasons

Weather-related cancellations by the customer are treated as standard cancellations
