FAQ – Soft Play Experiences
Our standard soft play hire is up to 5 hours. Extended hire options may be available during booking, subject to availability.
Our soft play experiences are designed primarily for younger children. Age suitability may vary depending on the selected setup and will be outlined during booking.
Yes. All soft play equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between every hire to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
No. Adult supervision is required at all times. Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising children during the hire period.
Outdoor setups may be possible subject to suitable weather conditions, surface type and space. Outdoor bookings are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
